The diagnosis of all states of coronary heart disease (stable and unstable angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction and chronic state after myocardial infarction) is based on clinical characteristics, ECG, echocardiography, laboratory findings along with scinitgraphic and angiographic procedures.
