In RAO position the Stenose orthograd is met and therefore cannot be recognized.

 

Angiography usually reveals severe stenoses and/or evidence of acute rupture of arteriosclerotic plaques with activation of clotting processes. Vascular occlusion with very well-developed collaterals may also occasionally be present so that myocardial infarction has not yet occurred.
