View of the right coronary artery which divides very early into two large terminal branches and, at the divide, shows a stenosis at the exit of both branches. This change is most clearly visible in the right anterior oblique (RAO) position, whereas in the left anterior oblique (LAO) position the projected view has the stenoses partially superimposed on one another.
