At this rare Variant of a left Coronarartery completely arising from the right, the Strenose lain in a lateral branch is met in RAO position orthograd and not sufficiently recognizable.
Angiography usually reveals severe stenoses and/or evidence of acute rupture of arteriosclerotic plaques with activation of clotting processes. Vascular occlusion with very well-developed collaterals may also occasionally be present so that myocardial infarction has not yet occurred.
