The resting scintigram recorded after the stress scintigram shows only slight concentration of the nuclide in the septal portions. The rest of the myocardium (shown particularly impressively in the vertical slices) contains no concentrated nuclide. As a result of the heart failure there is also enlargement of the right ventricle which (unusually) is visible here from the lumen (middle row, second picture from left, top left).
