Heart silhouette normal.   NYHA IV > Pathological     Pathological: Heart size above normal (transverse diameter 17.5 / 33 cm), lateral deflection of descending aorta, marked pulmonary congestion with increased apical pulmonary vascular pattern extending into the periphery. Peribronchial fluid exudation with ring formation of orthogonally involved bronchioles. Pre-pulmonary edema.
