Findings:
Complete territorial infarct in the left middle cerebral artery distribution with subtotal compression of the right lateral ventricle causing incipient malfunction of liquor circulation and cerebral edema in the left hemisphere.
Infarction of left hemisphere

- Hemiparesis left
- Pronounced facial paresis left
- Hemihypesthesia left
- Neglect
- Hemianopia left (possible)
- Gaze paresis right
