Correlated CT-Finding

Findings:

Hemorrhagic infarction of the posterior portion of the territory of the left middle cerebral artery with signs of cerebral edema. No apparent restriction of liquor circulation. Compressed occipital horn of the lateral ventricle.

Infarction of left hemisphere

- Hemiparesis right
- Pronounced facial paresis right
- Hemihypesthesia right
- Motoric (Broca) aphasia
- Hemianopia (right downwards)
- Apraxia
